Premier’s Story

Premier Education Network (PEN), a leading educational organization
committed to bringing positive change to society through
education. Established in 2008, Premier aims to develop
compassionate, world-class leaders and responsible global citizens.
A Nurturing
Space for Young Learners
Premier was shaped through conversations with parents whose children had thrived in our preschools and who identified a clear gap in schools that continued to value curiosity, learning from mistakes, and student voice beyond the early years.
From humble beginnings, the school has grown organically, introducing bold programs that have helped shape Nepali education. As Nepal’s first and only IB Continuum School, Premier offers the full PYP, MYP, and DP continuum, setting benchmarks in academic excellence and holistic development. Student-led initiatives such as the Student Ambassador Program, Student Editorial Team, My Story, Professional Pathway, and Premier Podcast provide authentic opportunities for leadership, creativity, and impact. Community service remains integral, with initiatives like School With No Walls enabling students to apply learning meaningfully beyond the classroom.
Premier’s journey is rooted in reflection and innovation, with curriculum and practices continually evolving to meet the needs of learners. This led to the introduction of mindfulness and meditation programs to nurture emotional intelligence, and AI and coding – both as practical tools and as academic subjects – to equip students with 21st-century skills. Being a Premierian means belonging to a forward-thinking community of caring leaders who question, adapt, and grow. Guided by courage, creativity, and purpose, Premier continues to evolve while preparing students to create positive change.
