At the heart of a Premierian education, is the belief that students are responsible citizens capable of creating positive impact in their communities. Leadership is woven into the learning journey, encouraging students to connect classroom knowledge with real-world challenges and take meaningful action. By situating the curriculum within both local and global contexts, students are inspired to become thoughtful, proactive agents of change.
Complementing this philosophy, Premier offers a suite of flagship leadership programs, international competitions, and other opportunities that allow students to lead, innovate, and take action locally and globally. These experiences encourage reflection, problem-solving, entrepreneurial thinking, and design thinking in authentic contexts, helping students grow into confident, capable leaders.
STUDENT AMBASSADORS
The Student Ambassador pathway gives students the opportunity to represent the school, engage with peers, and lead flagship initiatives such as International Literature Festival, My Story and Tato Khana (Sunday hot-meal program for the needy). Ambassadors act as role models, fostering planning, collaborating, public speaking, cultural awareness, and leading by example, while promoting Premierian values across school and beyond.
STUDENT ACTIVITY COUNCIL (SAC)
The Student Activity Council, Premier’s student government, empowers students to shape school life through planning events, campaigns, and student-led initiatives. The council includes class representatives, house captains, and an elected Student President and Vice President. Members lead flagship programs such as Middle and High School Socials, inter-house competitions, and Professional Pathway Panel Discussions, gaining practical experience in leadership, collaboration, and democratic decision-making.
STUDENT EDITORIAL TEAM (SET)
The Student Editorial Team offers students real-world exposure to journalism and mass communication while developing essential employability skills. Serving as a platform for student voice, the team works across writing, design, photography, and digital media to document school life and explore issues and ideas relevant to youth through the authentic creation of products such as magazines, blogs, and podcasts.
STUDENT SPORTS COUNCIL (SSC)
The Student Sports Council is a leadership pathway designed for students who are passionate about sports and athletic culture. Members play an active role in supporting school sports by helping host events, encouraging participation, and strengthening engagement among students and families, building a vibrant and inclusive sports environment.
STUDENT LEADERSHIP SUMMIT (SLS)
The Student Leadership Summit brings together student leaders from all major leadership platforms across the school for an intensive workshop and networking experience. By working alongside peers from different programs, students see how diverse initiatives align toward a common goal: creating positive impact in society and becoming the change they wish to see.
